This policy explains what information AlnairTech collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep things straightforward so you know where you stand.

AlnairTech is a remote-first digital product agency. We design and build web products, mobile apps, UI/UX, SEO, DevOps, and AI automation for startups and growing teams worldwide.

2. Scope
This policy covers personal information we collect through alnairtech.com, our contact forms, email, and related project communications. It does not cover third-party websites we link to, or tools a client asks us to use under their own accounts.
3. Information we collect
We may collect:
- Contact details you submit - name, email, company, phone, and project message.
- Business context you share - goals, timelines, budgets ranges, and technical requirements.
- Technical data - IP address, browser type, device, referring pages, and approximate location derived from IP.
- Usage data - pages viewed, time on site, and similar analytics events.
- Communications - emails, meeting notes, and files you send us during a project discussion.
We do not knowingly collect special-category data (such as health or biometric data) through the marketing site. If a project requires processing sensitive data, we agree that in a separate contract.
4. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Respond to enquiries and prepare proposals.
- Deliver, support, and improve client projects.
- Operate, secure, and improve our website.
- Send project-related updates you have requested.
- Meet legal, accounting, and security obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use contact-form data for bulk marketing unless you clearly ask to stay on a newsletter or updates list.
7. How long we keep data
Enquiry and proposal data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable follow-up period, then deleted or anonymised unless a contract, invoice, or legal duty requires longer retention.
Project records are kept for the life of the engagement and for a period afterward needed for support, warranty, tax, or dispute purposes.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure; if we become aware of a breach that affects your rights, we will notify you and relevant authorities where required.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email hello@alnairtech.com with enough detail for us to verify and respond.
If you believe we have not handled a request properly, you may contact your local data-protection authority.
10. International transfers
We work with clients and tools across multiple countries. When information moves across borders, we take steps appropriate to the context - such as contractual safeguards with providers - so your data remains protected.
11. Children
Our services are directed at businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy for future visits.
